What's included in the rental?

Setup, breakdown, and basic decor (email us for info) are included in the rental cost. *Alcohol not included in cost*

Do you provide glassware?

At this time we do not provide glassware for our rentals.

Does it have to be champagne, Prosecco, or something bubbly served off your rentals?

Nope! Contrary to our name, we love all types of food and beverages equally. We are absolutely happy to go through your licensed caterer/venue to obtain whatever you want to serve from our rentals.

Do you provide the food/beverages served off your rentals?

At this time the City of Chicago does not allow us to provide our own food or alcohol, but we are more than happy to recommend a caterer to you that can take care of your request! Already have one in mind? That’s fine with us – just give us their information so we can reach out and figure out the details.

Can you work with my venue/vendors?

Absolutely! We are more than happy to collaborate with any of your vendors to create a bespoke look that fits perfectly in to your event! Contact us and we can work out the details.

We want to add some additional adornment to your rentals ... is this allowed?

You bet! We are happy to work with your florists, event planner – whomever! – to add an extra layer. Need a recommendation for vendors? Shoot us an email!

Do you travel outside of Chicago?

We sure do. Email us to see if we can service your area!

What’s included in your basic decor?

When renting from us we’re happy to provide you with any of these items at no extra cost:

• Faux greenery

• Gold lanterns and non-flame candles

• Mercury glass votives and non-flame candles

• Blankets in a variety of colors

• Pillows in a variety of colors

• Display/serving trays

• Ice buckets

• Acrylic bar cart

• Wooden bar cart

*For an additional fee we are also able to create small floral arrangements and balloon garlands.

What's required at booking?

A 50% deposit is required when booking with us.

Do you provide refunds in case of weather?

We do not provide refunds in case of weather, but can work with you to make sure we have a plan B!
